Welcome to The Equine Club. Please take time to familiarize yourself with our rules and cancellation policies.
1. During the open hours the staff are there to assist you. Please follow their directions to ensure safety for all.
2. Calm and composed behavour is essential around horses. Horses are flight animals that can spook suddenly to sudden movements and loud noises.
3. It is not allowed to enter the stable block without permission. Entering the paddocks and pastures is also prohibited without permission.
4.Dogs should be on the leash while visiting the stables, ideally please leave your dogs at home.
5. Feeding is planned carefully for each horse. Feeding extra could risk horses health or change horses behavour, that is why nothing should be fed to horses without staffs permission.
6. Helmets and enclosed shoes must be worn at the stable at all times when around the horses. Visitors must remain in the viewing area. All children accompanying must be supervised by the accompanying adult at all times. Pleasse be mindful that excessive noise can spook horses and unexpected movements should also be avoided when students are in lessons.
7. Please be mindful of the cancellation policy on bookings, any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the start date is forfeited as staff are planned and booked ahead based on scheduling. Should you have a medical certificate we will allow for a stable card credit..
8. Please be careful when booking, we do not refund for lessons booked. It is the users responsibility when booking to ensure they are booking the services they wish. We do not take responsibility for lessons and cards booked in error.
