Hi, I'm Charlie.
I am the oldest pony at Greenways (I was born in 2000) and have been here for a long time.
I know my job inside out and I love being part of the action, although I am taking it a bit easier these days (I'm not ready to retire yet though!)
I am a very chilled out chap who loves a cuddle and a scratch.
I'm not keen on having my legs washed- it tickles too much!
Because I have been here for so long, I can occasionally try and trick my riders into thinking that I'm lazy and don't know what I'm doing but, trust me, it is all part of my assessment process for riders, and if you stick with me and tell me what to do, I'm really good fun.
A tip for you when you ride me- I like riders who are determined and as strong-willed as I am 😉
